The best way to contact us is to submit a ticket to our support desk. This ensures that you can always go back and check on your ticket, even if for some reason you do not see an emailed reply. (Sometimes email ends up in the junk folder, or gets wrongfully filtered). This is our best solution for everyone.
Our staff hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time Zone (Canada). We do not answer tickets on evenings, weekends, or holidays.
