Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund Policy covers (1) Stores, and (2) Our Site.

1. REFUND POLICY FOR SELLERS / STORES:

We do not dictate what a seller’s store policies will be. Some stores will NOT have a refund policy, and we accept that. It is not law in all places in the world that we provide one, and a seller will be responsible for going by their local laws. You must deal with the seller in that instance.

HOWEVER – if a seller has a clear refund policy on their site, and then refuse to provide you with one and you are within the proper time / reason for it, you may escalate a ticket to us for us to contact the seller on your behalf. If a seller does not comply with their clearly stated policies, they could lose their store.

Please be aware we are not responsible for any refunds as we are simply the software/marketplace provider.

“IF” the seller allows a refund, to return your product, you should mail your product to the address the seller provides.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

2. STORE REFUND POLICY FOR OUR SITE/PRODUCTS & MEMBERSHIPS, & CANCELLATION OF PREMIUM LEVELS.

Advertising fees, account memberships and any fees paid to InspiredFun for being a seller or advertiser, are non-refundable.

We do not provide any refunds on services, memberships or advertising in any way.

If you have a recurring membership with us, you are responsible for logging into your account to cancel the recurring payment PRIOR to the next billing taking place.

If you have a recurring membership with us but it is NOT found inside this website, please contact our support desk at least 3 business days PRIOR to the rebill date in order for us to cancel further billing.

Many accounts are NOT automatically rebilled, but please check yours as you agree at the time of purchase.

If you choose to cancel further billing on a premium seller account, your store will revert to free seller status, and the commission fees will then be applied.

If you have not used your store within the time frame, or started late, please be aware we do not “hold” that time for you. The time purchased as a premium member begins 30 days after the site has launched to the public.

If we remove your store for violation of our policies, no refunds will be provided on paid accounts.

We do not give refunds because you “forgot” you joined our advertising or seller membership program. It’s not a valid excuse – just as you can’t order something from the store, then ask for a refund six months or a year later because “you forgot” what you purchased and didn’t use it. You are responsible for submissions your information.

Refunds will not be provided “because you are broke and you need your money back”. While we sympathize with sudden changes in financial situations, our refund policy does not allow this.

Refunds will NOT be given on unused portions of advertising.

Refunds will NOT be provided because you have decided to close your store. We suggest you temporarily take it offline until either your membership time runs out, or at a time you may wish to return.

We do NOT guarantee sales on your store, nor can we promise “guaranteed leads” or anything similar. Truthfully, most “lead” services are not valid leads – they are people getting paid for joining things. We DO NOT utilize any of these methods, and therefore will NOT refund anyone on the terms that they did not receive sales from ads or listings.

These refund policies are not to offend anyone. They are here to protect everyone, including our other sellers and customers from fraudulent users as some have tried in the past. We do not work for free, as you would not work for free. We strive to go above and beyond with our promotions and services.
