C.J. Beny has had an exciting career in PR & marketing for nearly 30 years, and she's now realizing her lifelong dream of writing and publishing charming children’s books, essential journals, coloring books, and more, for teens and adults. Her vision is to help others fulfill happiness, practice positive self-care and simply love one’s self.
As a 50-plus baby boomer (tail end, she reminds us!), she realized how much more there was to life and so much to be grateful for. She's a mother who survived the teen years (you know the ones) raising a daughter. She hopes the books and resources she writes will help others in their own journey as grandparents, parents or teens. She also had the great privilege of looking after her beloved Rita (her mom!) whose zest for life, even at 86 years old, was hard to beat, until her cancer diagnosis took her away from everyone that loved her.
